IVORY COAST – BSC​

根据CÔTE D'IVOIRE科特迪瓦2001年11月12日第No. 340号法令规定，所有发货至科特迪瓦阿比让港(ABIDJAN)的货物都必须申请BSC货物跟踪单。如果没有申请，将被视为触犯科特迪瓦的条例，并在目的港受到严厉惩罚。BSC是法语BORDEREAU DE SUIVI DES CARGAISONS的缩写；CTN是英语CARGO TRACKING NOTE的缩写；中文翻译为货物跟踪单，BSC和CTN都是指同一份证书。

科特迪瓦BSC需要提交的资料
1：Application Form 申请表(Excel)
2：Bill of Loading 提单正本扫描件
3：Commercial Invoice 目的港清关用的商业发票扫描件
4：Packing List 目的港清关用的装箱单扫描件
5：Customs Declaration 出口报关单
6：Freight Invoice 海运费发票扫描件(针对EXW或FOB)
7：Certificate of Origin 原产地证扫描件  
8：Certificate of Insurance 保险单扫描件
9：FDI 证书扫描件

科特迪瓦BSC申请流程
一，申请人提供申请资料；
二，我司收到上述材料后出正式付款单；
三，申请人安排汇款；
四，我司出具号码和证书草稿；
五，申请人确认草稿；
六，我司出证书。

注意：正本ECTN(BESC)必须在船抵达目的港一周前签发生效，否则可能产生罚金或者无法清关等；一旦放号，柜子数量和柜型不可更改。

如何使用BSC证书
科特迪瓦BSC证书正本是电子版本，会发到申请人的邮箱。
申请人需将此文件打印出来或将附件转发给目的港收货人，货代或船公司等。

Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) implements Cargo Tracking Note (CTN)/ Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison (BSC) for all imports. It is essential that cargo tracking notes must be handled in the country of loading.

Application documents:

2.commercial invoice ;
3.bill of lading draft;
4.customs declaration;
5.freight invoice;
6.packing list;
7.FDI;
8.assurance;
9.certificate of origin.

Procedure:
1.Please send required documents to "africa@tlanes.com"
2.Invoice will be sent to you by e-mail from us.
3.BSC Number & Draft will be created and sent to you AFTER receiving payment in our account.
4.Original BSC certificate will be forwarded after confirming all data.

Ivory Coast BSC Rules
Bills of Lading require authorized loading certificate, cargoes without a corresponding certificate will not clear customs and will be issued additional BSC fines.Loading certificates have specific serial numbers which must be signed, dated and
stamped by the authorized BSC representative.
