Nigeria-ACD/CTN
根据NIGERIA尼日利亚法令，自2015年11月3日起，所有发货至尼日利亚的货物都必须申请ENS NUMBER。并且该号码必须显示在提单的品名下，若无该号码，船公司可能会进行扣箱处理。ENS是Entry Summary Declaration的简称，入境摘要序列号或入境摘要申报单；ACD是Advanced Cargo Declaration的简称，货物预申报单；CTN是Cargo Tracking Note的简称，货物跟踪单；ENS、ACD和CTN都是指同一份证书、同一个号码。
尼日利亚ENS(ACD, CTN)需要提交的资料 1：ECTN APPLICATION FORM申请表格 2：草本海运提单(DRAFT B/L COPY) 3：商业发票（Commercial Invoice） 4：海运费发票（Freight Invoice） 5．出口报关单（Export Declaration Documents） 日利亚ENS(ACD, CTN)申请流程 一，申请人提供申请资料； 二，我司收到上述材料后出正式付款单； 三，申请人安排汇款； 四，我司出具号码和证书。 注意： ENS号码需要在签发正本提单前申请，否则可能产生罚金或者无法清关等。 如何使用ECTN(BESC)证书 ECTN(BESC)证书正本是电子版本，会发到申请人的邮箱。 申请人需将此文件打印出来或将附件转发给目的港收货人，货代或船公司等。 尼日利亚主要港口 拉各斯 LAGOS/卡拉巴尔 CALABAR/福卡多斯 FORCADOS/邦尼 BONNY 我们可以办理全国各地港口发货至尼日利亚的ENS(ACD, CTN)。 The implementation of an CARGO TRACKING NOTE scheme, CTN, in Nigeria is a compenent of the requirements for Governments, Port Authorities and Shipping Companies compliance on ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code) in 2002.On the 2nd December, 2014, the Nigeria Parliament at its sitting, tabled "The Cargo Tracking Note management in the Nigeria Ports" in compliance with section 20 (4) of the NCP Act 2002. Sierra Leone CTN Rules Bills of Lading require authorized loading certificate, cargoes without a corresponding number will not clear customs and will be issued additional CTN fines.Loading certificates have specific serial numbers which must be signed, dated and stamped by the authorized ECTN representative. |
